HELP CREATE PROTOTYPE FOR NON-POLLUTANT ALTERNATE ENERGY SOURCE! 

I need your help in creating a prototype for a new energy source. This new energy source is non-pollutant, and non-toxic!  I?m at the point now of turning my ideas from paper to reality.  I tried for grant money, but all the grants are for clean burning coal, natural gas, cruel oil and nuclear for example.

BENEFIT

1. Lower electric prices.

2. New cars that can run for six months before you need to refuel.

3. The U.S. military would save over $750 million dollars in fuel cost to run all of its vehicles.  For example, the M1 tank consumes 300 gallons of fuel every five to six hours. That does not include delivery of fuel to the tank and the ten-minutes for the crew to refuel. With the new fuel source tanks, jeeps, humvees, and all military vehicles can run for months before replacing any parts of the chain power plant.  

4. Savings of all government and state agencies, by reducing their dependence on fossil fuel. Converting all vehicles to electricity, and adding the chain power plant, will save millions on state and city budgets.

5. Farmers can be more productive and cost effective, by saving the farmers on fuel cost.

6. New trucks will save on shipping cost, which will low prices for consumers.

7. NASA can develop new technology for space research.

8. This new technology will create new types of jobs - from toys to cars and more. A new revolution of services and new products from the US.

9. Last but not least, the protection of our environment.
